Newborn Consultation

This package is for newborn up to 3 months old.
 
This package is for parents of newborns up to 12 weeks of age and will provide advice around sleep hygiene, importance of routine and teaching your baby to learn night from day.  You will be provided with a copy of our newborn programme as well as a 45 minute consultation to discuss any questions you may have. This package does not include a personalised sleep plan.  This package would also be suitable for parents to be who want to feel prepared for their new arrival.
